Return Policy

What if you decide you don't like it? 

Just give us a call for a return authorization.  

As long as the product is:

-unused and in new condition
-returned with its original vendor information, i.e., vendor tags, warranties, etc.

ou can return the item -at your expense- up to two weeks after you received it, and we will credit you for the amount of purchase less our cost to originally ship the item to you as long as the product is received by us in new condition. 

For All Returns:  Email or call first for an authorization number (800 966-0161) - and then just send it back to us at your expense.  Send to iGolfstore, 3167 St. John's Bluff Rd., South, Suite 107, Jacksonville, FL 32246. Returns without an authorization number will be subject to an additional charge or possibly refused.  Our address starting December 26th is iGolfstore.com.

If we receive the return item with shipping damage, we will not be able to process a credit.  Instead, you will need to fill a claim with the company that shipped the item assuming it was insured.  Note UPS automatically will insure items up to $100.  With USPS, you will need to purchase insurance.  This has never happened - but it could happen. 

Insurance
Please insure the shipment for your own protection and keep your receipts until we confirm that we have received the merchandise is new condition. If the shipment is damaged in transit, we cannot accept it as a return, and you will need to seek reimbursement from the shipper, e.g., UPS or USPS.  This has only happened once to us throughout the years - but it has happened.

Authorization Number Missing
If you send us a return without an authorization number, we may refuse to accept delivery or additional $10.00 will be charged, not to exceed the amount of purchase.  We want to make returns easy for you - but we also don't want to receive merchandise without a return authorization.

Missing Packing Materials
If the product is received without the original packaging materials, e.g., vendor tags, even though it is in new and unused condition,  the greater of an additional $10 restocking fee or 15% of the amount of purchase will also apply.

After Return Adjusted Order Less than $75
If you were not charged shipping on your original order because it was over $75, and you return merchandise that adjusts your order to less than $75 but more than zero, the adjustment will include $5.95 shipping.

Late Returns
You have two weeks from the receipt of the order, to return the product - that is, to give to UPS, USPS or Fed EX for shipment. When an order is shipped to us after that time, the greater of an additional $10 restocking fee or 15% of the amount of purchase will also apply.  An exception is for Christmas gifts.  They should be on their way back to us by January 11th.

 

Our Mistake

If we made a mistake on our order, let us know immediately - and we will work with you to fix it at our expense.


Defective Merchandise

If you receive defective merchandise, let us know within 5 business days.  You can then exchange the item or return it and you will be credited for the full amount of purchase.  Return shipping will be arranged by either the supplier or ourselves.  If you ship back to us at your own expense, we will credit you for shipping costs to not exceed the cost to ship it to you UPS Ground.
