For
orders shipped direct from Dallas, Texas, you can cancel up to the time
the order is shipped.
For all other orders - except embroidery and
custom orders, we cannot cancel your order if
the cancellation notice is processed on the day the order is to
be shipped. A minimum of 1 business day is needed to process
the cancellation - and we must receive the request by 1 pm the
day prior to the actual ship date.
Embroidery and custom orders cannot be
cancelled if the embroidery is in process, or the customization
has been initiated on your order.
If your order has shipped, or is shipping on
the date we process your cancellation notice, you can return the
product subject to the guidelines in the return policy.
Your order is cancelled when we confirm that
it is cancelled.
